Our shop offers professional sharpening services by route and mail-order to veterinarians and pet groomers.
Mail Order in 3-steps:
- Request a box (or use your own) to pack and send us your dull gear and all contact info for client setup.
- We receive, check gear, create detailed work orders, and advise you we received and are processing your order. Upon finishing and testing everything in our shop, we invoice you and package your order for shipping. Our “in shop” time is usually 2-3 days.
- After receiving payment, we send your order back for FREE insured with UPS, and with little thank you gifts included.

Prairie Sharpening offers route pickup & delivery in Omaha, Lincoln, and throughout most eastern and central Nebraska cities.
Reinforced Boxes
We also provide reinforced boxes for safe and organized storage for pickups! Just ask!
Mailing
Prairie Sharpening provides easy and economical packaging for mailing for our rural and out-of-state customers.
Re-Sharpening
When knives or tools need re-sharpened, then we share the cost of mailing with the customer. We will sharpen them up and ship them back to you using our Custom Boxes!
